Exchange and Return Policy
General Conditions
We use advanced technology for the production and distribution of our products, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Out of respect for our customers and to maintain our credibility, we have established a return, exchange, and cancellation policy in accordance with UK Consumer Protection Laws.
Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product when the purchase is made online, over the phone, or outside a physical store.
To cancel your purchase, you must notify us within this 14-day period. If this deadline is not respected, the right to cancel will be forfeited.
Return Conditions
- The product must be in excellent condition, with no signs of improper use or physical damage (e.g., dents, scratches, oxidation, altered items, burned components, or the use of unauthentic accessories).
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, without damage. Returns without the original packaging or with damaged packaging will not be accepted.
If the product is unavailable for exchange, you may choose one of the following options:
- Select another product and pay or receive a refund for the price difference;
- Receive a full refund of the purchase value;
- Opt for store credit to use on future purchases.
How to Proceed
- Notify us of your decision to cancel or return by emailing our customer support team.
- Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- If the return is approved, we will contact you to proceed with the exchange, refund, or issuance of store credit.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be made for the value paid for the returned product(s), including applicable discounts or promotions at the time of purchase.
For example:
- If you purchased a promotional deal (e.g., "Buy three, get two free") for £100, and you return four items:
- The refund calculation will deduct the value of the items you keep.
- Refund amount = £100 - (1 product value of £20) = £80 refunded.
Refund Methods
- Credit/Debit Card: The refund will be processed to the card used for the purchase. The time frame depends on your card provider and may appear on the next or subsequent statement.
- Bank Transfer: If payment was made via bank transfer, the refund will be made to the same account within 15 business days. A small processing fee may apply for transfer services.
When requesting a bank transfer refund, please include the following details:
- Account Holder Name
- Account Number and Sort Code
- Bank Name
- Contact Details
Refunds will not be processed for returns that were not authorised by our customer service team or if items are returned outside the stated conditions and timelines.
Returns for Faulty Products
If a product is found to be faulty, it will be repaired or replaced with a product of the same model as listed on the original invoice.
How to Report a Faulty Product
- Notify our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. Include the subject line: "Faulty Product Report".
- Provide a photo of the faulty item to help us evaluate the issue.
- If the fault is confirmed, we will guide you through the return process.
Cost of Returns and Exchanges
- Within 14 days: If you report the issue within the 14-day cooling-off period, return shipping costs may be covered by us.
- After 14 days: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges or returns outside this period.
Store Credit
If you prefer, you can receive store credit for the amount paid.
- Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Store credit is linked to your account and cannot be transferred to others.
- If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the store credit, you can pay the difference using a credit/debit card or other payment methods.
- If the purchase amount is less, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases, but refunds for unused credit will not be processed after 14 days.
