These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and sale of goods and services through this website, hereinafter referred to as "Quick buy" By using the Store and purchasing products, you, the "Customer," agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
1. Confidentiality
The Store is committed to protecting the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchase process. The Store’s website employs robust security measures, including daily security audits and encryption, to prevent unauthorised access and ensure the safety of transactions.
2. Customer Service (Support)
Our Customer Support Service is available to address your inquiries, handle requests, and resolve complaints regarding your orders or any content provided on the website. You can reach us via email or the website’s contact form.
3. Delivery Policy
3.1 Delivery Timeline
Delivery times are provided during the checkout process and are calculated in business days. Deliveries are carried out from Monday to Monday, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
3.2 Customer Responsibility
- It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure the product dimensions are suitable for their delivery location, including doorways, lifts, and hallways.
- The Store does not provide services such as product assembly/disassembly, climbing stairs, or lifting deliveries through windows.
3.3 Delivery Attempts
- Up to three attempts will be made to deliver the product to the specified address, with intervals of up to 48 hours between each attempt.
- It is essential that an authorised adult (over 18 years old) with valid ID is available to receive the delivery.
- If all three attempts fail, the product will be returned to the Store’s distribution centre.
3.4 Delivery Restrictions
The Store does not authorise delivery personnel to:
- Enter Customer premises;
- Use alternative delivery methods (e.g., lifting items through windows);
- Install or service products;
- Open product packaging;
- Deliver to an address different from the one provided during checkout;
- Deliver to minors or individuals without identification.
3.5 Delivery Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the product.
4. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, Customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
4.1 Cancellation Process
To exercise this right, the following conditions apply:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accompanying materials, such as the invoice, manual, and accessories.
- The Customer must notify us of their intention to cancel by contacting Customer Support or by using the cancellation option available in their account dashboard.
4.2 Return Costs
The Store will cover return postage or collection fees.
4.3 Refunds
- Refunds will be processed after the product is returned to the Store’s distribution centre and its condition has been verified.
- For card payments, refunds will be issued to the same card used for the purchase. The processing time may vary depending on your card provider and may appear in your next or subsequent statement.
- For payments made via bank transfer or other direct methods, refunds will be issued to the same account within 10 business days.
5. Limitations on Refunds and Returns
5.1 Unauthorised Returns
Products returned without prior authorisation from the Store, outside the cooling-off period, or missing essential items (e.g., accessories, manuals) will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
5.2 Retention of Goods by Customs
The Store is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from the retention of goods by UK Customs due to customer-related matters. In such cases, the Customer is responsible for resolving the issue directly with the relevant authorities.
