Shipping And Delivery Time

The delivery time to any location in the United Kingdom ranges from 5 to 60 days after payment confirmation.

We provide a tracking code for all products ordered with the shipping option that includes tracking. If the tracking code does not work on our website, it will certainly work on one of these platforms:

Tracking codes take 1 to 10 business days to be issued by our suppliers and forwarded to you, the customer.

If an order is lost or not delivered within 60 business days after payment confirmation, we will issue a full refund for the purchase.

Delivery times vary depending on the efficiency of Royal Mail and customs clearance. While the average delivery time is 7 to 45 days, the maximum delivery period is 60 business days.

After the Stated Delivery Period

If the delivery time has passed, we recommend contacting Royal Mail or the relevant courier service to clarify the reason for the delay.

If the courier confirms that your order is not in their possession, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate with our suppliers. Once we confirm there is an issue with the logistics of your order, we will process a full refund for your purchase without delay.

Important Delivery Requirements

It is essential to ensure that delivery can be completed at the address provided in your order.

  • If there are three failed delivery attempts, your order will be held at a Royal Mail or courier depot near your address.
  • If the parcel is not collected within 7 calendar days, storage fees may be applied. The fees are determined based on the weight and volume of the package.

Customs and Import Duties

All products are shipped from outside the UK and are subject to UK customs clearance and import regulations upon receipt.

  1. Customs Charges:

    • Goods are subject to import VAT (20%) and other applicable duties based on the declared value and product category.
    • If you are charged a customs fee exceeding the expected amount, please contact us. We will provide guidance on how to dispute the charges with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).
  2. Standard Import Duty:

    • Customs duties typically do not exceed 60% of the declared purchase value, but rates may vary based on the item.
